“La Frida”

"La Frida" is inspired by the beautiful Frida Khalo such an amazing artist that I feel has inspired many, especially in the Hispanic community. She is one of my favorite artists.

I was invited to a Frida inspired event in Austin, Texas as a live painter and this is what I created.

This is a mixed media piece with colored cotton balls, acrylic paint, and many different textures using acrylic paint.
